I'm Anna – an interim & freelance recruiter with 13+ years in recruiting & HR, self-employed since 2019.
I step in where it matters most: I quickly understand your roles and your team, approach the right candidates directly and stay with the process until the contract is signed – sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management.

What is interim recruiting? As an interim recruiter, I work as part of your team for a defined period – with your tools, your employer brand and a direct line to your hiring managers. Unlike a recruitment agency, I don't charge a fee per hire but for my time.
Which roles can I hire you for? My focus is tech, product and leadership – from software engineers to CTOs and CTPOs. I also cover GTM roles in sales and marketing, AI roles, and marketing & creative positions such as social media, GEO manager or account director.
How quickly can you start? That depends on my current workload. In a free intro call we clarify the role, scope and timeline – and you get a clear answer on when I can start.
Do you work remotely or on-site? Both. I'm based in Munich and work remotely across the DACH region – on-site with your team when needed. I work in German and English.
